Two grants and yellow error sign Empty Two grants and yellow error sign

Post on Thu Nov 01, 2012 10:23 am

Hi - I have inadvertently opened 2 grants and need to delete one - the one which is 00011 - I would like to delete and only work on 00012. So then I would just have one in my task box - to work on. How do I do that?

Then I have been receiving a yellow error sign on my profile - I was able to complete the administrative summary - but the first section still has a yellow error and I can't seem to find the error.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Nancy,

Thanks for your question. We have deleted 00011 out and now there is only 00012 in there, but as we did this we realized that you had starting an application for the Screening Application not the Treatment Application. In order to be considered for funding for the Treatment category you need to start a new application. I will leave the current application open, until you are able to transfer everything from the screening application to the treatment application. Please let Rhianon know, [Only admins are allowed to see this link], when this is complete, so we can delete the screening application out of the system. Below are the titles of the funding categories in GeMS, please make sure to chose the one that corresponds to treatment:

CG Application 2013- CO102-Community Health Worker
CG Application 2013-B Screening
CG Application 2013- C Treatment

With regards to the second question, can you please send us a screen shot of the error sign, so we can look further into this issue. You can send that to Rhianon.
