Error when initiating an application

When initiating an application for the treatment or community health worker grant category, an incorrect syntax error message comes up after hitting the "I agree" button on the agreement page. While this error message makes it appear that an application is not initiated, an application IS generated. To access it, please click the "My CG Application" tab in the top left and search 2016 in the search fields. Any initiated application will appear.

If you have already done this and have multiple applications now, please go to the Change the Status section in the Application Menu and change the status to "Application Cancelled" for any that were generated in error.
