MOU requirement Empty MOU requirement

If we are a current grantee and have not had to provide copies of MOUs for mammography providers in the past, is it required that we provide those for the 2013-2014 application? Thank you.

Hello and thanks for your question!

You do not have to include an MOU with WWC/provider if you are a current WWC provider site. Since we have no idea who will be selected as a WWC provider through their RFA process, Komen is accepting applications from current WWC contracted providers without the MOU submission.

If an organization has never been a WWC provider or was a WWC provider in the past but not currently contracted with them, they must submit the MOU.
